I have looked at drawings from the JD parts site, and I have sat in the garage and worked the parking brake. Everything works in the ideal environment of the garage.
However when I take the tractor into the real world of the yard and try to set it, it will not move. Is this just a quirk of the model or am I doing something wrong.
Most of our lot has some slope.
Because of the slopes it would be nice to have the parking break. While the tractor is 10 years old, until recently it has never seen a slope of more than 1/100 feet. I don't know if that effects the parking brake or not.
