This I have, an old one from the 80s, top of the line, I think.

The manufacturer seems to be OFB(out of business), sadly, like so many others, even Troy-Built...

Its not as good as the Troy Horse of the same era, the gravity center is too high..Stamped steel is not as good as cast iron, but both have their place, along with plastic.

The Roto-Hoe gear shift is pathetic, extremely troublesome, but the Peerless transmission is good.

There may be a Peerless transmission fan club, and there may be more than one Troy-Buit forum/club....but Roto-Hoe ?

Anyone ?

A machine with potential, in need of refinement, this may never have happened..
