I bought a used Troy-Bilt chipper model CS4210 (10HP). Chipper starts on first pull and chips like a demon...but it does not pull branches into chute...I must aggressively push each in and down for chipping. Is this normal? If not, what needs fixing/replacing. Thanks much for ideas.
