My old T-18 still runs very well. Recently, the throttle trigger wore out and I had difficulty finding a replacement. Shin "customer service" simply said it is an old machine and obsolete. No replacement trigger available.

I finally found the replacement on Partstree.com (C450000060) It also fits ECHO perfectly.

Hope this'll be helpful to somebody keeping their "old" machine working for them. Shin's engineers are clearly better than their customer service!
