You sure it's a 148? never heard of Tractor with that number, but I'm no JD man, JD of IL. where are you? 140 maybe? if I think it came with K341 14 hp? but JD makes a 148 front end loader.

You are right rcmoser it is a 140 and has a K321AS model eng in it now. I pulled it out today, so now on to the hunt for an engine. I am wondering if other brands would work maybe with a lovejoy connection ?
