Hello,

Just got the BCS 715 tiller running good. I had to fix a few oil leaks on the old ACME engine.

My question is that it seems hard to shift from gear;either neutral to first, or up to second gear, back down to reverse. I also noticed that with the clutch engaged, the tiller doesn't roll, but like it's locked up in the gearbox. Is this normal?
