The cutting head on my Stihl trimmer wants to turn, even when the throttle is not depressed. I feel that the carb settings are OK since the problem is not always present. Also, the head will quit turning if I gently "force" the throttle open (opposite from squeezing).

Could the throttle be sticking and if so, how should I fix it?
