I suggest A quick check for compression and fire before investing to know this was not a failed eng used for parts.

Thanks a bunch! I keep coming up short on trying to find these parts. I will try and post a picture or 2 of the missing area. Everything in between the tank and carb is missing.

the square opening of the grommet faces down and a brass piece with shutoff valve goes up the square hole. after that, just fuel hose, unless u are missing the fuel hose and filter in the tank...
but yes, a pic would be good.
