I rigged a dozer blade by attaching a board to my plowbar, and I used it to do a lot of grading and leveling work in our garden.

I have used one mostly for ditch digging.
Also great for digging footings for buildings.
Dug a grave a couple of years ago for a dog.

pooh bear, sounds like you can use a tiller to break up ground to make digging holes easier. never thought about digging a grave with it.

Yep, till the dirt up real good, then shovel it out. Repeat.

Ground is so hard around here that there are some places
that it is nearly impossible to drive a T post into.

Yep, I've used my old Craftsman tiller for digging ditches in very hard clay soil, when I had to bury some cable.

How did u do that? i need to dig to run sprinkler pipes and using my tiller came to mind but the tiller does not have anything to divert the dirt to the side.

I pull thing with my troy bilt horse like wire for tomato caging off roller around post on other end its high tensile wire #12 I brazed washer on 1/4 inch plug on back. Use my troy bilt mini tiller till a straight line about 3 passes then turn sideways and till dirt out lose dirt is hard to make it go sideways but helper and rope to pull it makes easy. make circle around small trees to hole water or fertlizer.

Maxim's Till n' Plow has several available attachments to do several jobs. (I'm not associated with Maxim, and don't even own one of their tillers, although I do find them interesting.)

I don't think they make it anymore, but Maxim's Plow Hoss was one interesting machine. It was sort of like a high wheel garden plow on steroids. Kinda looks like fun. (I'm not associated with Maxim, yadda, yadda.)

ive always wanted to try hauling logs with my tiller and wheel weights...would work real great in small spaces or on hils....if it would pull it.

any thoughts?

Give it a try. I don't think my tiller could develop enough traction to drag a log. I buck my trees where they lay and carry out the 16" to 18" long logs, on a dolly or in a wheelbarrow where practical.

However, the property here is rather sloping, so there are places where hand carrying for some distance to a wheelbarrow or dolly is the only available way.
