I just had my system tested(yearly inspection) and went to turn on the water to the irrigation system at my home. I have a pressure vaccuum backflow preventer. (I believe)

The front of the PVB has two nozzles that have caps screwed into them. When I turn the water on, water is spraying as if the caps are not on tight enough or the pressure is too high. I ran through a cycle with the sprinkler system to see if there was pressure in the lines but it continued.

Any idea where I should start? I can get pics if needed. Thanks for any help.
