Ever install a plastic culvert?

My dad's found me one "drivable plastic" we all hope it lives up to its name. I worried about the end of it. Dad thought maybe making a form and setting it in concrete to finish it. Won't that need some sort of steel to re-inforce it? Anything else we should watch for?

The logging companys in SE Alaska were useing them extensively. They are usually 20 feet long. Home owners usually build up around the ends with flat rocks. Sometimes just stacked neatly, sometimes mortered. They fill around the pipe with small crushed rock to cushion it. The nice part is that they never rust out.
