Rainbird Valve leaking

My Rainbird 100DV valve leaks when the timer is in the "off" position. The leak seems to be coming from the front reservoir underneath the float. Not sure if I need to check the wiring, check the solenoid or replace the unit (approx 5 years old).

Any thoughts?
