My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Yalma: I suppose that any irrigation system can use recycled water. There are many drip, sprinkler and misting systems that are available on the market. I think that the future of our gardens lies in recycled water, but you need to make sure that it is recycled graywater, and not blackwater (sewerage or garbage disposal water.) However, one of the problems with water that we recycle ourselves is creating enough pressure to push the water through the system. A friend uses solar pumps, but they don't put out a lot of pressure, and it takes a long time to water. Gravity would work well, but then you need to get the water high enough to create the pressure. A high cistern or reservoir with a windmill to pump it up might work well, and would be ecologically safe, once it is set up.
