I have 3 valves in my system, one of them is a Richdel B(or 8)706 model. I noticed the other morning that it had been on all night. The solenoid works fine, so I checked the diaphram and I found a slight tear in it. I went to Ace and picked up the replacement diaphram. It's a little different, in that the actual diaphram has a plastic connector on it. However, it fits except that when you try to close everything up, the plastic piece makes it so that you cannot close the valve completely. Anyone have this problem or any ideas on what I can do? It's the only diaphram they carry and it's supposed to be for all Richdels.
Thanks!
