Well........ not really but you can ekk out a little more. each foot of pipe causes friction so larger pipe helps a tiny bit. each sharp fitting restricts a little bit.. so 2 45's may be a TINY bit better than one 90.
Also grade makes a diference. You don't want the pipe to have up and down grade but rather a PERFECT grade where ever the pipe is level or running down hill. This will prevent bubbles from froming in the pipe. If you have a 2" pipe with a 1/2' bubble in it, then you really have a 1 1/2 pipe in terms of the volume passing through.
No mater what, you will have some loss due to all these things. but near perfect plumbing will get you maybe 1 or 2 #'s more. Maybe.
