My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the decking material around the pool?

    Thank you for asking.

    The decking material is a hardwood, not an artificial composite material.
    However, there are excellent artificial woods on the market and I suggest
    anybody to review those materials before using real wood.

    In retrospect, I wish I had specified an artificial composite
    because the deck would require almost no maintenance.
