Marie, hope you don't mind me posting pics of mine in your thread for comparison.

Your Hassadee Red looks better than mine. So far mine has only put out one bloom this season and it was 2 days ago. The first pic is the day it opened and the 2nd picture is the next day after it fully opened. And it pretty much lost all the blue.

Kirk, I don't mind at all.
You see my pot is still very small. I take it inside patio for picture. The color stays on for few days. I like them around me when in bloom, if small enough, I bring it in patio for few days.

Do you guys feed any differently when they start to bud or are in bloom as I see that dyna grow have a bloom food but wasn't sure if its necessary or not?

Phil, I don't feed them any differently when they are in blooming season. All of my DR and COT only got Osmocote feed once this year. Miracle Gro liquid only 2 times for the whole summer. Because we got so much rain, and when it hot, it was so hot. I am afraid to feed them when it was too hot or too much rain.

I noted each year after second osmocote feeding, the branches become so leggy and I have to use the stock to keep them straight up. I didn't like that so I only feed them once this year.
