My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: Some microminis

I'm looking for: Amoeba, Teeny Bopper, Pip Squeek, Little Jayhawker (I was born in Ks), Lil Thunderbird, Spring Peach, and Midget Bon Bon.

I have half-grown Chirita tamiana seedlings coming out my ears, as well as a bunch of AVs I'd be willing to spare leaves from (check my member page). I'll also send postage; your choice.
