I have a JD 455 lawn tractor. I was mowing some very thick weeds and the mower locked up and killed the tractor. Now when I pull the switch to engage the PTO, the PTO doesn't turn. Is there a clutch or shear pin that could have been broken inside the tractor. I have disconnected the mower deck so I know the problem is in the tractor, not the mower.
