Lantana reseeds here. So I've already sown mine. Datura should wait just a bit. I'll sown mine in late March. Too much moisture will rot the seeds. Brugs need warmth, I've started mine indoors in a moist paper towel stuffed in a baggie. Castor beans are warm weather plants too. Wait til frost is gone. Cleome likes a little cold. I've sown mine now. Had good luck sowing them in March too. Parsley is another that I would wait on the frost to end.

Bachelor buttons can go out now. Not sure about the others, but I've sown my godetia. First time with it.

Actually, it's not necessary to wait until March on the parsley. It's very cold tolerant. I was harvesting parsley, right up until the snow started falling at the beginning of December, even though we had lows in the teens and single digits by then. I usually sow mine in February, and it sprouts in March here in zone 5. Our last frost is typically mid-May, so the parsley sprouts survive many nights below freezing, and I've never lost any yet.

I thought parsley was frost tender. Hmmm, I might sow some after all. Herbs tend to do poorly in our heat and humidity of summer.

For the last 3 years I have sown my parsley on Feb 9th to be exact (same date every year) and it always pops up the first week of March. It is rained on and snowed on and in fact survived this past year through an entire winter and grew more this year!

Datura reseeds here too, but for some reason, I wasn't able to get it to grow in the wintersown containers. It did much better being direct sown. I've tossed seeds around all summer, so I'm hoping to have huge stands of the white variety this year. The smell is intoxicating.
