After a few years of WS I've tried to hold off a little longer to start my annuals, but give it a shot! Just watch that you have enough drainage. Think about the plants that reseed-what we do is like that, except for animals digging up the seeds, forgetting where we planted seeds...on and on! Best of luck, and if you have used all of your seeds & would like to try a later planting also, I can see if I have anything available or many wonderful folks here are willing to share. Hi - I was new last year-WSed cosmos in Feb. Asked about them here on WS, and it was suggested that I keep an eye out for frost/really cold temps after they had sprouted-so just watch the sprouts. They will be fine. I've never planted the others.

Usually, if they don't rot, they'll sprout when it's time for them. You might lose the sunflowers.
