I have one on my Conquest w/ the 44 inch deck and it works well, but only if the grass is really dry. The kit is a plate that attaches to the leading edge of the deck and a plate that blocks the discharge chute.

I don't believe there are any special blades though many don't bother with the kit and go with gator blades.

I have been happy with the results, especially in the fall when all those leaves turn into a fine powder. I have not raked leaves in years.
