I suggest you splitting your mega ideabook into smaller ideabooks go to your ideabook page, click "Edit", select photos and move to existing or new ideabooks. You may also want to switch to the small view (click on "S" on the upper right of the Editor), which would show smaller thumbnails, but allow you to view more photos on one screen. That could be helpful for you selecting lots of photos and moving them.
