Thank you for calling it to our attention. I just ordered one brand new for $17.50 plus $3.50 shipping. Still you got a pretty good price.

I try to keep my book ordering to a minimum, but plant propagation is in my most high interest category right now as I'm getting ready to build a propagator when I'm done with my perennial sowing and B4 it's time to start annuals.

Someone over on the perennials forum recommended the Well Tended Perennial Garden. Looks like the author is Tracy Disabato-Aust. That is under $5 from Amazon and a few other booksellers, but the place I bought the above from wants $8.97 for it so I think I'll pass on that one for now, don't want to pay separate shipping and don't want to pay that when it was so much cheaper at several other places.

Where did you get it for that price? I've checked that book Well Tended Perennial Garden out of library several times. I wasn't impressed with it but maybe I'll check it out again. There are a few others that I'm looking for but the AHS book is packed full of great information and for me all the pictorial illustrations is a must. It helps me comprehend what the written material is all about.

I don't know if GW would like me to post that, but if you send me an email, I'll tell you what I use, it hasn't failed me yet as to getting my orders, usually use cheapest shipping method so a little longer wait, and I've ordered a lot of books from different vendors who participate. I've cut back but this one sounded just too good, and I really appreciate your sharing about it.

So I took your advice and used a B&N gift card I have had for a long time.. and got both books! Thanks!!
