Ok so I got lots of wonderful peppers from GW members. mostly hot. I was planning on WS but after reading some of the comments here I am not sure if I should WS them. We are having a very mild winter here in the PNW but there is never a lot of sun till mid may or so. some say it rains and is gray till the 4th of july lol.

I really want to grow these peppers. I live in a small cottage and dont have lights and stuff for growning inside. no south facing window.1st time seed starter here Am I out of luck?
