no snow ???

So here I am in Upstate New York,and there is NO snow.In other years when I have put my milk jugs out there is a nice insulating blanket of snow.Do you think they will be okay if I put them out anyway ?

I sure hope so! I'm in north central CT and there isn't enough snow here to even mention. All my jugs are sitting out there either up against the side of the garage or on my breezeway where they're shaded but out in the open enough that any precip we DO get will get inside them. I'm new to WS but I'm guessing others on this forum will chime in and tell you they'll be fine and not to worry about it.

Yup, you will be fine! Even though there is no insulating snow, your sprouts will know when it is warm enough to emerge!

I'll send a memo to Mother Nature to send you the stuff we are supposed to get. They are calling for 1' to 2' of snow on Thursday here in SE PA! You can have it!

Thank you for your quick replies,seems I may have spoken too soon-forecasting 10-20 inches overnight.I think my jugs will be fine...:)
