My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I've always thought this was a beautiful and fascinating rose, but also a very problematic one in that it seems in many climates subject to disease. The leaves on your rose look pristine so it must like your conditions. How long have you had it, and does it bloom a lot for you?
I have had her less than a year (The Antique Rose Emporium). She has bloomed one or two flowers at a time. I wish to see more - now that she is established in my garden. Full sun. Bliss:)
Thank you, Mauvegirl, for that picture. I'm trading roses, and expecting that from a friend in the fall. Mme Earnest Calvat has been listed as a top-scent by a few folks. I'm excited about that.
She is a rose I would love to grow. However, she would probably not do that well in my climate. I do have her sister, Mme Isaac Pereire who does ok here but is really a once bloomer. Still, she is one I've had my eye on.
