My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where can I get this couch?

This couch looks like a restoration hardware Maxwell couch. However, I have found restoration hardware to be overly priced. You may want to look at Cascobay Furniture. They are made in the USA (NC), tax free and have free shipping.

I have always wanted a Restoration Hardware Lancaster Couch, but couldn't bear the price tag. This literally the exact same without the high price tag:

It looks like Turner leather sofa from Pottery Barn or Danford leather (flagstaff java) from American Leather.

I have been looking for a similar sofa, so I thought I would share ( I am in no way affiliated with this site or brand) ..... http://www.leatherfurnitureshoppe.com/bajaleather-cameronsect.html
This website does a wonderful manufacturers comparison and carries many of them

A very similar couch can also be found at Urban Barn.

Casco Bay. You will not be disappointed.
I am an extremely happy customer!!
Also Casco Bay is made in America (North Carolina plant, offices in Casco Bay Maine).

Restoration Hardware is now located in China
and had nothing but issues with delivery, quality, etc...

The couch in this picture looks like the Casco Bay a Brompton leather.
