My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has anyone here had any success with keeping Green Terrors or Red Devils with any other living creatures? I haven't, but I heard rumors that sometimes people get them to coexist with little or no fin mutilating on the part of the Green Terror/Red Devil.
