Happy betta?

Hey all, my beautiful betta Kolohe Is so funny. Everytime I walk by, he gets very excited and stares at the top of the tank looking for any spec of food. He swims all crazy like! Its very cute. Im assuming hes healthy then right? Are bettas always so hungry and excited for food?

It sounds like you have a happy, healthy Betta. Some Bettas can get moody. One moment swimming around,surfacing to the top, then the next moment sitting on the bottom.
Sometimes starving and then some days not hungry.

Has he been making nice little bubble nests?? Then you know he's _really_ content! :)
