Chuck did not see his shadow!!

OK Staten Island isn't close to me, and I just don't know what Phil saw. SO early spring on the EAST coast. I'll take it!

Stupid stupid stupid shadow!!! Gimme a flashlight, and I can fix that! Who thought of this "holiday" anyways? Can you guess what my answer is?

Oh, Phil saw his shadow alright, I just can't believe it because I am in PA and its going to snow tonight. The sky was dark and heavy all day, I don't know how he got a single ray of sunshine to see his shadow. I am not looking forward to having six more weeks of winter. YUK!

Wiarton Willie (our cute little albino groundhog who can't even SEE with his useless pink eyes) apparently saw his shadow too!

You should live in Texas. We have our own weather predector.
Alamo, the longhorn bull, did not see his shadow today so we are expecting an early spring. www.abc13.com probably has the confirmation on their web site.

Scruffy furballs should not be allowed to predict the weather. Now my left KNEE has been less achy lately so I think that Spring will come sooner than later.

LOL...of course Phil saw his shadow-with all those lights from the TV cameras, how could he not?! No offense to Staten Island, but I thought it was comical that the mayor had to handle him with gloves (got bitten before), while Phil is handled barehanded. On the flip side, Chuck's prediction rate seems to be much better than Phil's, hmmm...

To me it is all so silly. At the first of February of course we are going to have six more weeks of winter, everyone should expect it. This is just a fun thing to do and a "photo op".

With the latest snow storm here outside of DC, I can't believe anything but 6 more weeks of winter, especially since we have another storm forecast for the weekend! I love snow but I am starting to think spring thoughts! Can't wait to see another color besides white!

Yeah, it's very silly :)
If he see's his shadow it means 6 more weeks of winter!
If he doesn't see his shadow it means only 6 more weeks til Spring!!

Sorry Laura, but according to our Shubenacadie Sam we will have 6 more weeks of winter along the eastern seaboard!
