humm, I do broccoli and they do well.
Sure is cold enough tonight for sweetening the brussel sprouts, brrrrrrrr

I don't usually plant my brussels sprouts until late May or June since they are so much sweeter in the fall after a couple of frosts than they are when harvested in the summer. But I do use the wintersowing method to start them and transplant them to the garden in July.

I have just planted mine in the garden outside they have been threw a few frosts and are ok . Now if I can just get past the gophers . Yup they come under and pull the plants right down like on cartoons !
