Technically, the last day of winter ends winter sowing :)

I'm still sowing perennials this week (Z8b) that need periods of chill before they will germinate. It might be borderline now (meaning by end of month) for those things that require an extended chill before they will germinate. Those seeds for tender plants, annuals, vegetables?...you've got lots of time.

Just 40F is cold enough to be considered stratify/chill, if my nights are falling to there or lower I'm sowing. Did you have some specific things in mind where you don't know if they require the chill as opposed to WS for convenience?
