If it's managable (I don't know how many containers you have), you might want to get a few more drainage holes in the bottom of each container. Nobody (including seeds) likes to sit in icey cold water. With proper drainage the potting mix will stay moist but not wet and watery.

frozen solid doesn't seem to be much trouble for them, being soggy is more of an issue. It depends on if the ice will melt and drain or if it sits in the container after melting. Once it melts you may want to add more drainage holes just to be sure.

I didn't discover the issue until it had already started to cool down this evening. Everything was still 95% thawed and waterlogged when I found it, but already forming ice on top and icicle at the drainage holes. Today was above 50, but everything is still frozen up tonight. Hopefully tomorrow will be warm again and I can add some more drainage holes.

I just hope they've been frozen solid most days, cause if not I could be in real trouble.
