i have a eclipse 3 gal. tank with a three stage filter.when i do the first water change this week how much water should i take out?and when i put the water back do i have to add the water conditioner?the tank is all most a week old.the bottle says to add 6 drops to a pint.12drops to a quart.and 1/2 teaspoon per gal.thank-you
