I dont think so but the sure do multiply,I bought plants at that fish place ,I over heard a guy ask if hell have a problem with snails,she said no,well guess what everymmorning and every nite I crush I bet 75 baby snails on the side of the tank,they like where the water hits side of the tank fom the filter.Ive been doing this for months,theres no big single snail in there?????

If you go the squishing route be sure to wear a glove.
Lady in a club got a very serious infection directly attributed to the practice. I've done it for years ,never a problem but better safe than sorry?? lol gary
