Just start hitting planted aquarium sites like aquabotanic.com , they are affiliated with a message board/ forum. Maybe another hobbyist may sell you a few sprigs. I can tell you Petco deffinately wont have it. Ebay is sometimes a good place for rare plants. Tropica has them but doesn't sell to the US. Try a european or asian aquatic plantstore.
