Check the pH - has it changed much? If so, do a water change or you can expect the others to follow suit.

One question, does your filter have carbon in it and was the carbon in a sealed container? If the carbon is in an unsealed container it can absorb chemicals from the air and then release them into the water. I had fish die suddenly after changing the water and doing a filter cleaning years ago.
