Your pot is too big for your plant which may be one reason your leaves are drooping. If the pot is too large, the soil stays wet for too long and the roots rot. Then the leaves droop because, although there is plenty of water in the soil, there are not sufficient roots to take it up. Usually a violet pot should be 1/3 the size of the plant but in this case the outer leaves are so few, I would only use the center ones for measuring. I would use a solo cup. do not remove any leaves, and then follow Irina's advice for a spa treatment.

I can't tell how dense your soil is, but that might also be an issue...
I started using a commercial av soil mix mixed with equal parts perlite - repotted the first plants to this last week, and they are doing great! Even one that was struggling has perked up a lot.
As for pot size, if the thirds confuse you, go with something that's just slightly bigger than the root ball, you can always pot up later.
