i have had guppies for about five months now. they are in a ten gallon tank and i had four females and two males (two of my females have died). they had fry about three months ago and none of the babies were male. now every time my females have fry they are all female!!! i dont know why...can someone please explain this!!!

oh yeah another question, i still have some of the first females that my mommy fish had and i cant get some of them to mate with my male. i have the three month old female in a five gallon tank with a male that i bought.im trying to breed them, and itâÂÂs not happening. im pretty sure shes old enough, but i really dont know.
