Is it wild caught? I read that they have a hard time trasitioning from wild to tank. Also suggested they like very small bits, try chopping it up smaller.

You could also try bloodworm and brine shrimp.Not sure if it's a matter of the goby not eating or the clowns eating too fast. You might try putting a cave in for the goby and making sure some food gets in with him.

If you can't get food to him 'cause other fish snatch the food, you can carefully use a piece of clear tubing - such as the tubing that would be used for an undergravel filter - to get the food down to his level.

Have to move slowly, or you might spook him - I used to use a flexible clamp that was sold as an aid for use as a "third hand" with a soldering iron to hold parts in place while you soldered - that way the tube was always there and wouldn't spook my fish. Kept the other fish from getting the food before it got to the bottom....
