My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Amorphophallus konjac inflorescence

This is the first Amorphophallus that I traded for on Gardenweb in 2003. It is nice to see it reach maturity. I was informed that the drier humidity of S. California is probably why it hasn't opened. The smell has also not been that strong.
