My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

23 degrees, brrr

Mother Nature is a funny ol' thing. She does not like to be taken for granted. Here I thot spring would roll in early.

I'm glad I didn't put out my tender annuals, which I've been tempted to do.

I gotta wait a couple more weeks.

I am SO ready for Spring.
