Has anyone had any luck with this plant? If so, when did you sow it? I can't seem to get it to germinate inside so I thought maybe WSing is the answer. It is an annual so should I wait until April here in z5?

I over-wintered my original plant in the basement, but I really, really want more of these.

Any advice?
