Possible but without seeing the flower can't tell for certain. The leaf structure does indicate it is a possible specie of aroid but without seeing the flower I can't be certain. Possibly an Anthurium.

Yes but the physiology of the plant does not indica te it to be either a young shrub or tree. You would not see leaves as the growing bud on the top of stem as in this picture rather leaf growth in most cases would grow laterally-from the sides as is the case with all dicots. Many Anthuriums and Philodendrons are arboresent and this seedling definitely shows signs of arboresent growth pattern.
