This is a test case pic as I have been unable to upload pics of my garden rhodies into Gardenweb. For all the problems that most folks seem to have, nothing's perfect in this life. Mardi Gras for instance was severly battered as an 80' oak went down in a squall some 5 years ago. Crushed a dogwood, obliterated Rh. Goldflimmer, etc, but things survive, they come back, though in Mardi Gras' case, it still has yet to retain the vigor pre-crash. This was last year's shot which also includes hellebores, and tiarella.
