starting calla aethiopica inside

Hi,

I have a calla aethiopica (aroid)that I would like to start inside when should I pot it up? what size of a pot would I need? How deep should I plant it. Or should I just wait till June and plant it outside? Is it best to plant it in part shade?

Any advice would be appreciated.
