Alocasia macrorrhiza blooming question???

I have a Alocasia macrorrhiza that is in bloom with two flowers:

Should I let it bloom in hopes of getting seed to share, or cut off the blooms to enhance foliage?

I try to cut them off so they'll spend their strength growing, but I don't always keep up. They bloom too much! Think maybe I should 'feed the brute' again. Don't think I've ever gotten seed, tho' maybe that's just 'cause I usually get them cut off before they have much chance.
