Mine get a few patches like that from time to time, usually with just different shades of darker green. It comes and goes and is always just a tiny spot, like yours.

Mine also get the darker green patches on occassion. I've never noticed white.

Any more variegation?

I always find it fascinating how a light patch of unexpected variegation is so often accompanied by a patch that is DARKER than the base color of the plant. I always think of different colored paint pigments standing up and walking to opposite corners or something. LOL. Of course, there is nothing like paint pigment involved in the process but I still find it very curious.
