I stratified fresh seeds a few years ago and got nothing. Would you describe how you germinated your seeds?

rick: as you never got a response, here is what I did.

put the seeds in soil in a zip back and let them spend the winter in the crisper part in the bottom of the fridge.

put them out in a large well draining plastic container with more soil and set it in the shade on my bench. let them grow all summer. in the fall (couple weeks ago_) dug up the little bulblettes and put them in fresh mix in peat pots and socked them in the ground in the shade in my hosta garden. the bulblettes were about the size of my small fingernail. we shall see what we get in the spring.
